HireChat maps the transcript to competency criteria you define per role. Each statement is scored 0–100 and weighted by your configured split. The overall score is a weighted average, and every score links back to the exact transcript excerpt that generated it.
What languages are supported?
Transcription supports 95+ languages including English, Turkish, Spanish, German, French, and Mandarin. Speaker diarisation is available across all supported languages.
Is my data secure?
HireChat is self-hosted. Your data — CVs, transcripts, scores, notes — lives on your server and never leaves it. We do not store or log any candidate data on our infrastructure.
Can I customise the competency criteria?
Yes. Competencies are fully configurable per role. Define the name, description, and weight for each. HireChat ships with sensible defaults but you can replace, rename, or reweight any of them.
